Performance of IndianOil for 9M 2025-26 (Standalone)

Highlights of 9M 25-26 Results

Highest ever 9M crude throughput of 55.719 MMT (9M 24-25: 53.016 MMT).
Highest ever 9M sales volumes of 77.774 MMT (9M 24-25: 74.347 MMT).
Company’s domestic petroleum sales volume increased by 4.3% over 9M 24-25 as against 4.1% of the industry.
Increase in HSD-Institutional sales volume by 27.9% over 9M 24-25 as compared to increase in industry volume by 9.7%.
Increase in domestic petrochemical sales volume by 3% (9M 25-26: 2.411 MMT, 9M 24-25: 2.344 MMT).

Refineries throughput for 9M 25-26 is 55.719 MMT with 105% capacity utilisation as compared to 53.016 MMT in 9M 24-25, improving by 5%. IndianOil’s cross-country pipelines achieved throughput of 77.900 MMT in 9M 25-26 as compared to 74.700 MMT in 9M 24-25, improving by 4%.

The gross refining margin (GRM) for 9M 25-26 is $8.41 per bbl as compared to $3.69 per bbl in 9M 24-25 and normalised GRM for 9M 25-26 is $9.86 per bbl as compared to $4.22 per bbl in 9M 24-25.

IndianOil reported Revenue from Operations of ₹6,53,369 crores in 9M 25-26 as compared to ₹6,27,787 crores in 9M 24-25. The Net Profit for 9M 25-26 is ₹25,425 crores as compared to ₹5,697 crores in the corresponding period of previous year. Improvement in net profit is mainly on account of higher refining and marketing margins.

At the group level, IndianOil reported Revenue from Operations of ₹6,64,553 crores in 9M 25-26 as compared to ₹6,38,002 crores in 9M 24-25. The Net Profit for 9M 25-26 is ₹28,501 crores as compared to ₹5,421 crores in the corresponding period of previous year.

Net Profit

Standalone Level: Net Profit of 9M 25-26 is ₹25,425 crore, increased by ₹19,728 crore from 9M 24-25 of ₹5,697 crore.
Consolidated Level: Net Profit of 9M 25-26 is ₹28,501 crore, increased by ₹23,080 crore from 9M 24-25 of ₹5,421 crore.
