IndianOil (Mauritius) Ltd (IOML), a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, was registered on 24th October 2001 and began operations in 2004. Today, IOML ranks 10th among Mauritius’ Top 100 companies and is the second-largest petroleum company by turnover, serving as a strategic link for IndianOil’s outreach to Africa—grounded in the shared vision of India and Mauritius.
IOML has a range of products - automotive fuels, aviation fuel, marine fuels, SERVO Lubricants and petrochemicals. It operates 33 modern filling stations across Mauritius, with continuous expansion—Roche Terre being the latest addition. Customer convenience is enhanced through Éscale convenience shops, PETROCARD loyalty credit cards for individuals and businesses, the IOML Rewards Mobile App, complemented by automation at filling stations.
SERVO, IndianOil’s premium lubricant brand, is available through filling stations and distributors catering to workshops, garages, and service stations. IOML also supplies SERVO directly to fleet operators, industrial units, government departments, and marine customers, making it a trusted choice across sectors.
IOML is the market leader in aviation fuel, commanding over 50% share and partnering with leading international airlines. IOML holds equity stakes in the storage and in-plain fuelling facilities at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, developed by a consortium of oil companies.
In marine bunkering, IOML delivers ex-pipeline, aligning with Govt. of Mauritius’s vision as a regional bunkering hub. With a major presence in the industrial and commercial market sectors, IOML provides bulk petroleum products to various sectors such as transport, industry, building and construction, manufacturing, textiles, steel, hospitality, etc.
At the heart of operations is IOML’s state-of-the-art Mer Rouge Terminal, with 37 TKL storage, microprocessor-controlled loading bays, automated tank gauging, and dedicated pipelines—ISO 9001:2015 certified for quality and safety.
